Welcome Lydia !!

We are still at the hospital, but I wanted to take a few minutes to post a few pictures. Lydia was released from the NICU about 4pm today. She is sleeping soundly right next to me! This is a picture of her in her carseat... she had to sit in it for 90 minutes before she can leave. She passed the test with flying colors.

We have been blessed with texts, visitors, flowers, balloons, calls, food ect... It's been wonderful to hear from all of you and have you share in our joy with us. Lydia is content, strong and alert. One of her favortie things to do is hold Thomas' finger. It's so cute. She actually reaches to hold them! She has very long fingers and toes and my mouth, Thomas' nose and ears.
We are anxious to head home tomorrow and get settled into our new routine of eating, changing and sleeping ( hopefully us too )
I will continue to post updates and let you se pictures as she grows.

Oh YAY, Lindsey!!! She is absolutely adorable. Congratulations one a beautiful wee one ... and a wee one she is. :)

I think it's quite crazy that you posted on 7/19 that you have 5 weeks to go ... who knew that only 3 days later you would be holding her in your arms!

Congrats!! I'm so glad that things are going well and all of are healthy. Hang in there...the c-sections are pretty easy to recover from, just take it slow and don't push yourself.
