The Cripes come to visit !!

I have been waiting for this week to arrive since October! Melanie is my dear friend since High school. We decided that it was wonderful to have the pregnancy "pits" together. Mel is 6 weeks ahead of me. We spent much of our time together resting on the couch, not feeling well with several different pregnancy issues! We had a wonderful time : )

Ryan and Melanie were able attend one of Ryan's best friends wedding, just a few minutes from our house. It worked out perfectly to kill two birds with one stone this visit.

Thomas and I got to know Tyler, 2 years old, while his Mama and Daddy were able to celebrate in the wedding festivities. Thomas enjoyed having a little helper. Tyler is a very good listener and a joy to have around.


Mr. Thomas gives excellent directions! Tyler loved to help.

We enjoyed a visit to Chick'fil a for milkshakes and play time. Climbing the toys to help Tyler get down proved to be quite the challenge for this mother to be.

Tyler loves cars and couldn't wait to ride in Mr. Thomas' car!

This weekend we were able to celebrate My sweet Mother-in-laws Birthday out to dinner. We had a nice dinner at Bone Fish Cafe! The Country Music awards were on when we got back and it was fun to listen to Ray and Pat talk about old times, listening to The Grand Ole Opry every Saturday night while growing up in Tennessee :) I told Ray he needs to write us a book so his Grands' ( us they lovingly refer to all the grandchildren ) will have their stories forever!

It's a GIRL !!!!

We just found out that our baby is a girl :) Looks like the pole was right.
We were convinced that it was a boy, so we are both a bit surprised.... but happy :)

The pictures looked great! She seems to be very healthy. They measure all the body parts and both the Doctor and Nurse mentioned several times that everything looked great :)


I've had my eye on this beautiful little dress for several weeks now. I went and bough it right after we found out! Isn't it beautiful !!! We feel so blessed.
