We are enjoying getting to know each other. The trips to the Dr for her jaunts make it hard to rest. We go again this am to see if she's improved. My guess is she has, with lot's of poopie diapers last night!
Lydia loves to remove her pacier and hold it herself. Is this normal at this age ? We are pretty amazed at her strength.

Gorgeous child! Looks so sweet too.
You look so at home with that little girl. What a blessing God has given you...I know you've heard this, but it goes fast! Cherish the moments of time alone in the middle of the night with her...they do end. :)
Though our pediatrician recommended not trying this at home (and I'm afraid to know how anyone knows this!), newborns are supposed to be able to hold themselves up by just their fingers (like doing a pull-up)!! I wonder if that's why their fingers are SOOO big when they're born!
