Huh?

It was brought to my attention that Lydia is always very quiet when we have to camera on her. She gets this way with the phone too ; ) So I decided to set the camera down and see if that would encourage her. She gets pretty annoyed !

Lydia Sits Up!

6 months old

• Lydia is sitting, with a little help!
• She's a good eater and loves green beans, bananas, peas and her cereal. The other foods seems to give her a belly ache. We will be asking the Dr. about that next week.
• She is babbling up a storm and is very loud! Thomas jokes she will be the loudest in her class. He's not far off. Although, we have both notices that she is always quiet when other people are around.... shy like her Mommy I guess : )
  
• Bath time continues to be a favorite, along with Daddy's arrival home daily.
• Strangely Lydia was rolling and stopped! We wonder what's up with that, but I'm not worried. She would rather holler at the top of her lunges for us to flip her! I do... after a few minutes. I tell ya, the kid is LOUD!
• 13 lbs is my guess and she is too long for the small sleep sack!
  
• Everyday is a joy and a blessing. We love parenthood!
  

Almost !!

Lydia is almost sitting on her own. She can last quite a while with the boppy pillow behind her. She's close though! I hope she rolls next! She was rolling weeks ago, but hasn't in a long time! Not sure what's up with that.

Cousin Afiya is a little worried to hold Lydia after being spit on on at Thanksgiving ! By the end of the evening, Lydia was totally taken with her Big cousin :)
